Our Lucille Roberts’ caring fitness instructors lead the Fusion Yoga and Mat-Based Pilates training classes with personal attention and support. Women of all fitness levels may participate in Fusion fitness and body shaping classes. We welcome women who are Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced in Yoga and/or Pilates training. If you’ve never tried either, now is a great time to start!
