Weight Loss Before and After Photos
I had been trying to lose 25 pounds for almost 16 years—ever since I had my twins. I tried all kinds of diets, but nothing worked. I tried to exercise as often as I could, but still the weight stayed on. I've always been a couch potato and it was hard for me to get into any kind of daily exercise routine. I was getting ready to give up for the millionth time, when I met Joanne. It was my 44th birthday —October 4th-- and I was in tears on the treadmill at Lucille Roberts. I turned to her in despair. "Nothing's working!" I cried to her. She vowed to help me lose the weight and she has. Joanne taught me how to eat right and how to exercise. Now I've lost 23 pounds (and still going!) and over 20 inches. As Joanne said, I am a whole new kind of animal—a gym rat! I go to the gym 6 days a week and I love it. Before I would ride my bike around my neighborhood and after 15 minutes (and three miles) I would be sweaty and out of breath. Recently I tried that ride again, and then again, and then again—9 miles nonstop, and I barely broke a sweat! I look good, I feel good, I have so much energy……I bagged up all my fat clothes (bags and bags and bags—almost 16 years worth!) and gave them all to charity. I will never put that weight back on again. If I can do it, anyone can!
