Are You Ready for Cardio Stack Core Attack?
Cardio Workouts like our Cardio Stack Core Attack is an interval, athletic training challenge for all levels of fitness. Cardio and toning circuits are followed by a core section done on the floor. Interval training alternates brief periods of high intensity workouts with low intensity recovery periods. An example of one such cycle or repetition of interval training would be if you were to run as fast as possible for 60 to 90 seconds and then walked briskly for one or two minutes.
