In select Lucille Roberts Women’s Gym locations, we offer Cardio Fitness video class. This is a new and exciting offer allowing us to give you more ways and more opportunities to get a great workout and get in shape fast.

Cardio Fitness video workout classes include large screen high definition viewing capabilities for HDTV workouts. There are no instructors, just you and anyone else that may care to join you.
