Cardio Exercises gets your body ready for action with a warm up that has you stepping, stretching, reaching, lunging and squeezing and that’s just for starters. A series of isolation exercises that work your arms with some bicep curls and cardio sculpts your legs with squats and squeezes. Your shoulders get in on the action with cardio sculpt movements such as upright rows and lateral raises.
