The name of this class should be your first clue about what is involved – women’s butt exercises and abdominal exercises that target these particularly troublesome areas for women. You will tighten your abs, lift your rear, and even firm your legs in this muscle conditioning class.

Abdominal strengthening and butt lifting exercises are helpful for every kind of woman and every body type. All women can benefit from the muscle conditioning they receive in the Butt & Gut group exercise class. 

 

Do you wonder which body type you have? Here are some general body types:

 

  • Athletic Shape – A muscular body can still be prone to stubborn fat deposits. Fat can pocket in “your butt or gut” with age. Butt lifting exercises and abdominal strengthening can help you improve or maintain your athletic build.

 

  • Apple Shape – Apple-shaped women tend to have heavier midsections where most of their excess weight is held. Similar to pear-shaped women, exercise will help apple-shaped women to firm up their tummies and will better proportionate their bodies by lifting their butts!

 

  • Hourglass Shape – Exaggerated curves are often what define an hourglass figure. Fibrous dense fat can be brought into proportion with our Butt & Gut exercise class.

 

  • Pear Shape – Women with a pear shape find most of their excess weight from the waist down. We can target those troublesome butt and gut areas with butt lifting exercises and abdominal and leg toning exercises to help reshape your body.

 

  • Slender Shape – Many thin women still have areas of fat that are target zones for improvement. Butt & Gut classes will help women with slender body types to also have the firm, hard, and toned bodies they desire.
