5 Questions With Miss June: Michelle R!

1. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
I am a 20-year-old college student studying to become a dentist. I work part-time as an orthodontist assistant. I like to run and stay active in my free time. Some of my favorite things to do are walk on the beach, sing and horse back ride. I also love to go to the gym because it helps me to relieve some stress from school and work.

2. How did you end up joining Lucille Roberts?
My mom was already a member and she told how great it was so I went with her guest pass and loved it and signed up that same day.

3. What are some personal fitness goals you have and how do you achieve them?
Some of my personal fitness goals are to tone up, feel healthy and to stay active inside and outside the gym. I personally like to go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and on the other days do something active outside. My goal is to lose weight but at the same time build muscle and become stronger. Over the last few months I lost a little over 10lbs by alternating cardio workouts and weights and following a healthy diet.

4. What is the best thing about Lucille Roberts?
The best thing about Lucille Roberts is that I feel like I am home. Everyone is nice and the environment is very comfortable. I love that I can spend time with my mom and my friends at the gym and we can have fun while working out.

5. What advice do you have for women who are trying to tone up and meet their fitness goals?
My advice for women trying to tone up and meet their fitness goals is patience. I believe that following a moderate exercise routine and a healthy diet is the best way to reach your fitness goals. Don’t get discouraged that you don’t see drastic results over night, little by little you will see results and in no time you will see a huge improvement on how you look and how you feel!
