Weight Loss Treat Of The Month: Strawberry Mango Popsicles

Strawberry Mango PopsBeat the heat and your sweet tooth cravings with these healthy fruit popsicles!

  • 1 medium size mango, completely ripe and cut into medium-size chunks
  • Juice from 1 orange
  • 1 cup clean strawberry pieces, halved
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite

Add mango, orange juice, honey, and yogurt into a food processor and pulse. Toss in the strawberries and mix. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, insert wooden sticks, and freeze for at least an hour.
