Berry Boost 2With the help of super-nutritious kale and berry antioxidant power, give your workout the kick-start it needs this spring!

  • 1⁄2 cup cherries
  • 1⁄2 cup strawberries
  • 1⁄2 cup apple or cranberrry juice
  • 1 handful kale leaves
  • 1 large tbsp low fat yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite

Blend ingredients together until smooth and drink up!
