Rich and creamy, avocados are bursting with nutrients to help keep you on a healthy kick.

  • 1⁄2 sliced avocado
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1⁄2 cup low fat yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite

Combine all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth.
