Peanut Butter Banana Weight Loss Smoothie

peanut butter banana2Peanut butter and bananas are always the ideal yummy combo. This protein-packed LiveRite smoothie is full of potassium (good for sore muscles!) and will leave you feeling full and energized!

Here’s what you need to do:
  • Crush 4-6 ice cubes in a blender.
  • Add 10-12 0z. of water or 1% milk (or soy or lactose free).
  • Add 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter (no trans fat!).
  • Add ½ of a ripe banana.
  • Add 1 scoop of LiveRite Vanilla shake mix.
  • Blend and enjoy!
