- 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 1/2 cup fat free Greek Yogurt (vanilla or lemon)
- 4oz cup carrot juice
- 2oz water
- pulp from 1/2 a Meyer lemon (they are much sweeter than regular lemons)
1. Scoop pulp from 1/2 a Meyer lemon.
2. Combine with remaining ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
