Live Rite Shake: Pink Power

Kick off your walk with this Pink Power Protein shake.

Rich in anti-oxidents, this pretty shake will give you both the energy & the drive to help us make a difference.

Here’s what you need for 1 Pink Power Protein shake:

  • 1/3 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup chopped apple
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Liverite Protein Powder
  • 6 oz skim milk

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.  Pour into a glass & enjoy.  Feel free to add a pink straw!
