Live Rite Shake: Maple Almond Butter

Here’s what your going to need:

  • 1 tablespoon NO Salt Added almond butter
  • teaspoon Grade A maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla Liverite protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk (you can use skim milk if you want)

Combine all your ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. This calcium & protein shake is filling and oh-so-yummy! Enjoy.
