All I’m going to say is that a one of those is a whopping 680 calories.
I know it’s delicious, but maybe just this year you should swap that for a Kiwi & Pear Protein Shake instead.
- 1 whole Kiwi
- 1/2 chopped pear
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 6 oz skim milk
- 4 crushed ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
