Healthy Holiday Eggnog Smoothie

EggnogWho doesn’t love the savory richness of a tall glass of eggnog?

Okay, I know what you’re thinking, “how many calories is this creamy, sugary drink going to come with?” Well now you can go guilt-free with this healthy holiday eggnog smoothie. Low in calories and high in fiber, this drink is also vegan. It’s the perfect light treat!

Here’s what you need:
  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grounded nutmeg
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite
  • 2 pitted dates
  1. Add all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
