Creamy Blueberry Weight Loss Smoothie

Blueberry smoothieIf you’re like me and love blueberries, this is the smoothie for you!

Blueberry flavor can range from sweet to tart, but either way they are nutritional superstars. This thick and creamy smoothie is also perfect for a post-workout snack because blueberries will give your body an antioxidant boost. Another plus, blueberries can help lower your cholesterol! There ya go, you have no reason not to make this delicious drink.

Here’s what you need:
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 cup ice-cube
  • A few slices of avocado (if you want an added healthy kick)
  • 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite
Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend till desired consistency.
  3. Enjoy!
