Here’s what you need:
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 cup ice-cube
- A few slices of avocado (if you want an added healthy kick)
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Blend till desired consistency.
