Cranberry Orange Weight Loss Smoothie

Orange and cranberry are an awesome pairing. It’s a classic so don’t even try to deny it.

This yummy weight loss smoothie is bursting with antioxidants thanks to the cranberries along with vitamin C from the juicy orange. If you’re looking for a refreshing and delicious drink, this one is for you!

Here’s what you need:
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 3/4 diet cranberry juice
  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients together in blender.
  2. Add ice if desired.
  3. Blend together and enjoy!
