Use this Cold Fighting smoothie to kick those flu symptoms in the butt! Use your favorite kind of berries to add into this smoothie, but we suggest blueberries and strawberries since they extremely high in antioxidants.
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 bag green tea brewed
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 tsp. of honey
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite
- Make sure your green tea is brewed before adding.
- Combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
