Cherry Coconut Weight Loss Smoothie

What’s better than pairing the sweetness of the cherry with island richness of coconut? I can see the sandy beach and crystal clear water now!

Cherries are packed with the antioxidants C + E which help support the immune system and fight disease. It’s a good pairing with coconut because the water acts like an electrolyte that helps hydrate your cells, transport energy and boost circulation.

Here’s what you need:
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite
Directions:

Combine all ingredients together and enjoy!
