Do You Ugi?
Yesterday I had the opportunity to attend an Ugi Fitness demo at our Grand Central Location. It was hard, it was painful and I LOVED IT! Here’s the 411 on Ugi so you can say you knew about it way back when.
The Ugi ball is 15″ in diameter and comes in 4 weights. It has the squish of a beanbag and the bounce-back of a stress ball. I like to think if a medicine ball, a swiss ball and a bosu ball had a baby, it would be an Ugi ball.
You can pretty much use this ball for anything: planking, push ups, strength training, cardio, core building. You name it, it does it. I could give you a whole spiel, or you could just watch the video! Is this something you’d like to try? Let me know in the comments!
