It’s my birthday and I’ll have cake if I want to…Well, a birthday cake shake that is!
- 1 small frozen banana
- 3oz fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted coconut butter
- 6oz unsweetened vanilla Almond milk
- 1 tablespoon sprinkles
- 1 teaspoon sprinkles (set aside)
- Whipped cream (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients, excluding sprinkles, and blend until smooth.
2. Add the 1 tablespoon of sprinkles to the blender and pulse blend for 15 seconds.
3. Top with whipped cream and remaining sprinkles.
* Tip: Peel the banana before freezing….it is NOT FUN to peel frozen bananas!

Whether you love Valentine’s Day or want to shoot Cupid with an arrow of your own, this Red Velvet shake will give you the energy to make the most out of today; whatever your motivation.
Ingredients:
- 6oz. Skim milk
- 10 drops red food coloring
- 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
- 1 scoop Chocolate Liverite protein powder
- 1/8 cup red velvet cake mix

You know they’re good on bagels, but did you know that they’re good for you too? Packed with Vitamin-E, B-Vitamins and antioxidants, this super seed is an anti-inflammatory and can help to lower cholesterol & blood pressure.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ground sesame seeds
- 1/2 a banana
- 1 scoop vanilla Liverite protein powder
- 6 oz almond milk
Directions
1. Start by grinding your sesame seeds. I used a mortar and pestle, but you can get by with a food processor.
2. Combine all ingredients on a blender and pulse until smooth. Enjoy!
