Tonight is our Girls Night Out Open House. Grab a friend (or 5) and head down to your gym for some great specialty classes.
Before you get there, make sure to mix up this great Live Rite shake that will give you tons of energy!
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients until they are smooth.
- Enjoy!

This is a delicious shake that packs a peachy protein punch!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3/4 cup frozen chopped peaches
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 6 ice cubes
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. You may have to shake the contents down if it sticks to the sides (due to everything being frozen).
- Garnish with a swizzle stick and a slice of lime to get yourself in the mood for the 1st Annual Lucille’s Luxury Lounge this Sunday.

It’s finally spring! Get your zest on and satisfy your sweet tooth with this lemon meringue live rite shake!
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 3 tbsp lemon curd
- 1tbsp Meyer lemon zest
- 1 additional tbsp Meyer lemon zest for garnish
- the juice of 1 Meyer lemon
- 5oz skim milk
- 2 to 4 oz fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
Directions:
1. Combine lemon juice, lemon curd & 1 tbsp of lemon zest in a blender and pulse for 10 seconds.
2. Add the Greek yogurt, Live Rite protein powder and skim milk & blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass & top with the remaining tbsp of lemon zest.
* Tip: for a frosty shake, freeze the Greek yogurt in an ice cube tray the night before!

Put a little spring in your step with this EGGcelent Easter inspired Carrot Cake shake!
- 4oz Carrot Juice
- 1/2 a frozen Banana (cubed)
- 1 scoop vanilla Liverite vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp Flax or Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- a dash of cinnamon
- a dash of Nutmeg
Blend & enjoy!!

It’s my birthday and I’ll have cake if I want to…Well, a birthday cake shake that is!
- 1 small frozen banana
- 3oz fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted coconut butter
- 6oz unsweetened vanilla Almond milk
- 1 tablespoon sprinkles
- 1 teaspoon sprinkles (set aside)
- Whipped cream (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients, excluding sprinkles, and blend until smooth.
2. Add the 1 tablespoon of sprinkles to the blender and pulse blend for 15 seconds.
3. Top with whipped cream and remaining sprinkles.
* Tip: Peel the banana before freezing….it is NOT FUN to peel frozen bananas!

We know, we know. The Shamrock Shake looks so good. Cool, minty and green!
Well it’s also 680 calories and I don’t think it’s worth an entire hour on the elliptical so step away!
We’ve got a great shake for you packed with protein and just as festive!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 a Meyer lemon (with the pulp)
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh Sweet Basil (minced)
- 6 oz skim milk
- dash of lemon extract
Instructions:
- Peel the lemon and remove the seeds
- Blend all ingredients together for a St. Patty’s day treat that will leave you feeling anything but hungover!

Break up the monotony of winter with this minty melon shake!
Ingredients:
-1/3 cup of honeydew melon
-1/3 cup watermelon
-1 scoop vanilla LiveRite protein powder
-6 oz skim milk
-4 ice cubes
-a few leaves of fresh mint (optional)
Directions:
1. Start by cubing your melon to make it easier to blend.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
3. Serve immediately & enjoy!
