- 1/2 a Meyer lemon (with the pulp)
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh Sweet Basil (minced)
- 6 oz skim milk
- dash of lemon extract
- Peel the lemon and remove the seeds
