gym music for your interval training

Music is a GREAT motivational tool to have with you at the gym. We’ve been talking a lot about interval training and different exercises you can do (walking uphill on the treadmill for two minutes and sprinting on the treadmill for one) and theses are great, but with the wrong music can be really really difficult.

Here are ten great songs that will help you with your intervals because the verse is great for walking and the chorus is great for running. I run to these every morning and they work!

  1. Ke$ha – Blow
  2. LMAFO – Party Rock Anthem
  3. Chris Brown – Yeah 3x
  4. Phoenix – 1901
  5. Guru Josh Project – Infinity 2008
  6. Nick Cannon ft. Akon – Famous
  7. David Guetta ft. Usher – Without You
  8. T-Pain ft. Chris Brown – Best Love Song
  9. U2 – Sunday Bloody Sunday
  10. Eric Prydz – Call on me

And if you want to feel challenged Flo Rida’s “Club Can’t Handle Me” will do it. Push during the verse and recover during the chorus!

What are you’re favorite interval-friendly songs? Let me know in the comments!
