With fall around the corner. Women tend to change their makeup palettes with each season. One of the biggest changes women make are their lipstick shades. This fall’s sexiest color of the season is (drum roll) WINE RED!

How to pick the shade of red that works best for your skin tone:

  • Women with fair skin should go with a blue based red or a coral red.
  • Olive or medium skin will look best with a flashy bright red or berry red.
  • Dark skin tones should look for darker brick reds or burgundy wine colors.

Remember to always keep your eyes neutral with a red lip. You want ONE feature to be the focal point of your look. It’s usually either eyes or lips. Not both.

You can always make the color even sexier by adding a smear of clear lip gloss to the middle of the bottom lip to create a fuller lip.
