Spring may be creeping in like a lamb, but summer is going to pounce like a lion. I don’t know about you, but I’m not ready to put on a bathing suit, let alone a bikini. Luckily Lucille Roberts has the solution: Bikini Boot Camp!
This spin-off of our Boot Camp fitness program is not just for bikinis. It will give you a body to feel confident about in a one-piece, tankini, and even just a tank top and jeans!
The Bikini Boot Camp system incorporates both cardiovascular and muscle training exercises that will help you burn calories, blast belly fat, and tone your body creating a leaner you! This routine is short, but it is intense and you need to give it your all, every time, to see results. Remember, you’ve got to train like a beast to look like a beauty!
Here are 3 great workouts from Dr. Emily! Each routine is designed around 3 exercises. Complete as many sets of each as you can in 3 minutes and then rest for 1 minute. Repeat each sequence 5 times.
