Start your day or end your night with a refreshing and calming Ginger Green Tea Shake. Packed with amino acids, anti-oxidents and minerals, this soothing shake will help dissipate negative vibes and relieve stress…with a little added zing!

What you need:

  • 6oz cooled green tea (use 3 tea bags when steeping for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Liverite Protein Powder

Let’s get started:

  1.  Steep 3 green tea bags in 6oz of boiling water.
  2. After 10 minutes, remove the teabags and place in the refrigerator to cool.
  3. Once cooled, combine with ground ginger & vanilla Live Rite protein powder and blend.
