Recipe: Holiday Veggie Tree

With the Rockefeller Center tree lighting last night, I am all amped up for the holidays.  Trolling the internet for all things ‘Christmas’, I stumbled across this amazing veggie Christmas tree appetizer that I just had to share.  I know I’m making this for my holiday party this year!
