LiveRite Shake Recipe: Peanut Butter Banana

Peanut butter and bananas are always a yummy combo. This protein-packed LiveRite shake is full of potassium (good for sore muscles!) and will leave you feeling full and energized!

Peanut Butter Banana Shake

  1. Crush 4-6 ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Add 10-12 0z. of water or 1% milk (or soy or lactose free).
  3. Add 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter (no trans fat!).
  4. Add ½ of a ripe banana.
  5. Add 1 scoop of LiveRite Vanilla shake mix.
  6. Blend and enjoy!
