Live Rite Shake Recipe: Spicy Banana
We love this zesty combination of banana with a bit of spice. (Learn why cinnamon is good for you here.) The flax seeds add extra fiber, and almond milk boosts the protein content.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 small banana
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 4-6 ice cubes
