- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
- 1 scoop vanilla Liverite Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup ground oatmeal (directions to follow)
1. Start by grinding 1/3 cup of oatmeal (not instant) in a food processor until fine.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Serve warmed or chilled for a yummy protein treat.
