Blend up this beauty so you don’t feel sluggish while playing on the sand & in the surf!

Ingredients:

  • 3oz coconut milk
  • 3oz fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1/2 of a small banana
  • 1 peeled kiwi
  • 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Directions:

  1. Blend until smooth
  2. Add an umbrella
  3. Enjoy!

A sweet shake for Mother’s Day!  Whip this up on your way to our Mothers In Motion Open House Party tonight! Making her breakfast in bed this weekend? Slide this tasty treat right alongside her veggie omelet!

Ingredients:

  • 6oz almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla Liverite protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped

Blend all ingredients together and share with your mother, daughter or any other special woman in your life!

It’s Cinco de Mayo, and it’s time to heat things up!  Grab your blender and mix up this caliente treat for a fiesta in your mouth!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop chocolate Live Rite powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 6oz skim milk

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender & pulse until smooth.  Salud!

It may not be summer yet, but you can let this grapefruit protein shake take you to a tropical paradise!

Ingredients:

  • 5 strawberries
  • 1/2 a chopped grapefruit
  • 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
  • 3oz grapefruit juice
  • 3oz seltzer water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for seltzer water in a blender.
  2. Pulse blend for about 1 minute, until a “slushie” consistency is reached.
  3. Stir in seltzer.
  4. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients until they are smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

Live Rite Shake: Delish Daiquiri

This is a delicious shake that packs a peachy protein punch!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 cup frozen chopped peaches
  • 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.  You may have to shake the contents down if it sticks to the sides (due to everything being frozen).
  2. Garnish with a swizzle stick and a slice of lime to get yourself in the mood for the 1st Annual Lucille’s Luxury Lounge this Sunday.

Lemon Meringue smoothie recipe Lemon Meringue protein shake recipeIt’s finally spring! Get your zest on and satisfy your sweet tooth with this lemon meringue live rite shake!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
  • 3 tbsp lemon curd
  • 1tbsp Meyer lemon zest
  • 1 additional tbsp Meyer lemon zest for garnish
  • the juice of 1 Meyer lemon
  • 5oz skim milk
  • 2 to 4 oz fat free vanilla Greek yogurt

Directions:

1. Combine lemon juice, lemon curd & 1 tbsp of lemon zest in a blender and pulse for 10 seconds.
2. Add the Greek yogurt, Live Rite protein powder and skim milk & blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass & top with the remaining tbsp of lemon zest.

* Tip: for a frosty shake, freeze the Greek yogurt in an ice cube tray the night before!
