Spring may be creeping in like a lamb, but summer is going to pounce like a lion. I don’t know about you, but I’m not ready to put on a bathing suit, let alone a bikini. Luckily Lucille Roberts has the solution: Bikini Boot Camp!

This spin-off of our Boot Camp fitness program is not just for bikinis. It will give you a body to feel confident about in a one-piece, tankini, and even just a tank top and jeans!

The Bikini Boot Camp system incorporates both cardiovascular and muscle training exercises that will help you burn calories, blast belly fat, and tone your body creating a leaner you! This routine is short, but it is intense and you need to give it your all, every time, to see results. Remember, you’ve got to train like a beast to look like a beauty!

Here are 3 great workouts from Dr. Emily! Each routine is designed around 3 exercises. Complete as many sets of each as you can in 3 minutes and then rest for 1 minute. Repeat each sequence 5 times.

It is impossible to figure out how JLo finds the time to stay in shape, but by the looks of it she definitely makes time to exercise and be healthy. Unwilling to let go of her sexy killer curves, Jennifer teamed up with fitness pro Tracy Anderson.

Tracy has created the perfect exercise program suitable for Jennifer’s hectic life (singer/actress/entrepreneur/motherhood). She designed a program that wasn’t going to affect JLo’s booty and it only lasts an hour, making it convenient for Miss Lopez and any busy woman.

You might be thinking “I do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training and I don’t look like her,” but Tracy says muscle confusion is the key to JLo’s killer body!

Muscle confusion is alternating your exercise movements every 10 days. If you continue to do the same workout everyday the muscles will get accustomed to the workout, they won’t be challenged and you won’t see any results. By tricking the muscles you’re forcing them to work. She also mentions that it is important not to skip a workout for more than 2 days!

Here are three moves that Tracy uses to firm and tighten the butt!  (Make sure you switch the order of the exercises to leave the muscles guessing and you’ll have a more effective workout!)

Ballerinas have much more than grace, balance and a good posture; they have strong, lean and fearless legs that you can get with their workout routines. Barefoot ballet exercises are amazing when it comes to toning and lengthening your legs.

All you need are some props for extra balance such as a sturdy chair, a wall or an exercise bar (if you feel wobbly) and a ballerina’s mindset to get you started.

Transitioning from long, wavy brunette locks to a short pixie blonde and sporting edgy, risky clothing like her much beloved crop top! The Miley that we used to know seems to have disappeared, gone, vanished. The new Miley is:

1. Not single. She is engaged to hot and hunky aussie, Liam Hemsworth.

Do you want to lose weight? How about build muscle? Maybe you just want to intensify your workout so you can spend less time at the gym and more time living life? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then boot camp is for you!

Hard but not impossible, boot camp is the most effective way to whip anyone’s body into shape. It incorporates plyometrics or “jump training,” which increases speed and power by using a large amount of muscle power in a short period of time, and “interval training,” which alternates high intensity exercise with a low intensity recovery.  Some examples of boot camp exercises include power lunges, plyo pushups, burpees and jump squats. These moves are simple to do, but complex enough to keep your muscles engaged and working overtime.
