Tonight is our Girls Night Out Open House. Grab a friend (or 5) and head down to your gym for some great specialty classes.
Before you get there, make sure to mix up this great Live Rite shake that will give you tons of energy!
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients until they are smooth.
- Enjoy!

This is a delicious shake that packs a peachy protein punch!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3/4 cup frozen chopped peaches
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 6 ice cubes
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. You may have to shake the contents down if it sticks to the sides (due to everything being frozen).
- Garnish with a swizzle stick and a slice of lime to get yourself in the mood for the 1st Annual Lucille’s Luxury Lounge this Sunday.

Put a little spring in your step with this EGGcelent Easter inspired Carrot Cake shake!
- 4oz Carrot Juice
- 1/2 a frozen Banana (cubed)
- 1 scoop vanilla Liverite vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp Flax or Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- a dash of cinnamon
- a dash of Nutmeg

Sometimes all you want in the morning is a refreshing glass of OJ.
Satisfy your cravings with an added boost.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 4oz OJ
- 2 oz water
- 1/2 an orange
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until consistent (there will be some “pulpy” parts).

Ingredients:
- 6oz. Skim milk
- 10 drops red food coloring
- 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
- 1 scoop Chocolate Liverite protein powder
