Healthy Super Bowl Recipe: Curried Nachos with Mango Salsa

Forget all of the notions that you have to eat poorly during the Super Bowl.


News flash! You CAN eat healthy and these Curried Nachos with Mango Salsa are just what you need to do so. Mel’s Kitchen Cafe whipped up these amazingly delicious nachos that have a different spin on the traditional cheese covered classic.

Take it from Mel herself:  these “flavorful nachos are simple to prepare and the result is a superb combination of hearty tortilla chips topped with a curried ground meat mixture and further glorified by a fresh mango salsa, simple cucumber yogurt dip and pockets of feta cheese.” Need we say more?

Mangoes, peppers, and Greek yogurt are just a few ingredients you’ll need. The recipe even calls for mint, which helps with your body’s digestion.
