Healthy Recipe: Cauliflower Crust Pizza

I love pizza just as much as the next person, but when you’re trying to shed pounds or maintain your weight, a greasy slice of pizza can undo a lot of your hard work and effort.

Lighten up pizza pie by making it with a cauliflower crust. It sounds strange, but trust us, it’s just as delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • olive oil (optional)
  • pizza sauce,
  • shredded cheese and your choice of toppings*
