OK let’s face it, oatmeal gets a bad rep. Probably because most people think that it has no taste or that it’s just yucky. Whether you believe that or not, oatmeal is actually really good for you. It’s packed with nutrients and fiber that your body needs. So don’t knock it till you try it!

To help you get on board the “we love oatmeal train,” we stumbled across this delicious oatmeal recipe that is! Not your classic, Quaker Instant oatmeal (although those are only 100 calories), these No Bake Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bites are a quick and easy recipe to whip up. Plus, they are perfect for a post-workout snack!

Old-fashioned rolled oats, flaxseed, and chia seeds are just a few of the ingredients you’ll need. And, How Sweet It Is gives you the option of rolling your bites in crushed peanuts or almonds. Sounds great to us!
