Summer is coming! Are you ready to reveal your beach-ready body? From toned arms to well defined legs, show everyone how hard you have been working all winter when you step out this summer.
If you can’t make it to our Bikini Boot Camp classes, don’t worry you still have time, the exercise moves below will help you fine-tune your bikini workout routine:
Doggy Hydrant: By performing this workout you will target your rear and hips. Start on all fours slowly lifting your leg to the side while keeping it bent. You want raise your leg until it’s parallel with your hips. Perform this action on each side for a minute; repeat this sequence for 3 reps.
Superman: To target the lower back (erector spinae) Begin by laying face down on your stomach keeping your arms straight out in front of you. While keeping your head faced forward, lift the opposing arm and leg for a count of 2-5 seconds on each side. Repeat this action for 12-15 reps. For those that are more advance you can lift both legs and arms simultaneously to increase the difficulty.
Trunk Twist: For a tight waistline and flat tummy this exercise will do the trick. Laying supine on the floor with your arms out to the side and your knees together bent at a 90 degree angle slowly lower your legs to the left and right side of your body pausing at the start position between each rotation.
Upper Cuts: Want sexy arms, upper cuts will do just that. Stand facing forward in a boxers stance punch upwards on each side slightly twisting your body while in a very shallow squat. Perform this exercise for one minute.
