Skinny Jeans Workout: Week 1

Despite what today’s weather would like you to think, spring is right around the corner. Warm weather, flowers and friends and family sales! What to buy? What to buy? Skinny jeans in the brightest color possible of course. Canary yellow? Bring it on! Turquoise? Perfect with a bold top and a floral ballet flat. Muffin tops? Woah woah woah. I was not ready for that!

Whether you’re trying to get rid of your muffin top, make your thighs rub a little less, or just have awesome confidence in your skinny jeans, we have a workout series for you. Every Friday in March, The Skinny Jeans Workout will be coming to you from Lucille Roberts’ own Dr. Emily. I mean the woman is known as Dr. Legs and has been on Oprah, I’m pretty sure she knows what she’s talking about!

In four weeks we’ll have you in the skinniest jeans possible and you will look and feel awesome. If that’s not great enough, we’ll also be running a contest where we’ll be giving a few lucky readers brand new skinnies! Now let’s get to it!
