Operation Bride-to-Be Fitness Tips 1

There is no such thing as a quick fix, but there is always room for improvement when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle. Use these lifestyle tricks to start implementing before your big day and after:

Exercise: Any workout is better than no workout!  Try to include at least 3 workouts a week for 30 minutes (aim for 5 workouts).  Mix your fitness regime with strength toning routines and blood pumping cardio sweat sessions.  Since most bridal gowns tend to be strapless you will want to focus on routines that will sculpt your arms. Try this workout for starters!  Select a set of weights that you can handle but make sure to challenge yourself.  Do 3 sets of 15-20 reps of bicep curls and lateral raises.

Operation Bride-to-Be Fitness TipsDrink Water: Not only does H20 cleanse the body; it also keeps you feeling full when you think you might be hungry. By consuming the recommended 8 servings of 8 ounces of water a day, you will have glowing skin in time for your wedding.

Relaxation Techniques: Whether it’s getting a massage or daily meditation, these healthy practices are a great way to center your mind and body. In addition to your weekly workouts, include a Yoga or Meditation class. This will help you to ward off wedding planning stress and keep you mentally focused.

Make Your Diet Work For You: It’s a good idea to start adding foods to your diet like green tea, almonds, berries, Enova oil, eggs, beans and legumes. They can help you burn fat, prevent cravings and fire up your metabolism. Remember you are creating a lifestyle not a diet!
