I was just reading the blog and read with interest how to read labels. This has always been confusing to me. My question is, what about all of these 100 calorie treats, i.e., Skinny Cow ice cream and the delish coffee cakes? Are these 100 calorie treats a good option?
I’m not a big fan of the 100 calorie junk foods because, even if you only have 1 per day, it becomes part of your daily diet and will add up to 3000 calories every month. I would rather you eat healthy every day and once a week treat yourself to a real dessert, which you will enjoy!
