One of two big meals is just enough to mess up your whole eating plan. By choosing to eat three or more smaller meals per day, you can help kick your cravings to the curb.

2. Don’t skip breakfast

“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day” yada yada. But seriously. Skipping this essential meal can actually deter your whole day. Getting your metabolism moving earlier will help keep you filled longer.

3. Drink more water

Many people tend to confuse hunger with dehydration. By keeping your water bottle full throughout the day, it’ll help steer you clear of eating those unnecessary snacks. Ultimately water is the best beverage to drink out of any.

4. Don’t forget to exercise

Forget the common myth that exercising makes you hungry. It actually decreases your appetite! Just don’t forget to schedule in that workout to reap the benefits.

5. Be honest with yourself

Snacking can be a serious problem for some people. Admitting that you might have that problem is the first step. If not, you’re just prolonging the time between you and the rockin’ bod. Quit stress eating already!
