Or simply put: Bar & Ball. The name of this group exercise class really says it all. Ball Exercise has become increasingly popular over the years and Lucille Roberts is all for it. We add the element of fun and play combining weighted exercise bars and exercise balls for total body workouts that develop your strength and endurance.
