Abs Workout with Best Women’s Abs Exercise
The abs workout in the Upper Cut & Abs exercise class at Lucille Roberts combines essential core-stability training with abs exercise. In addition to the women’s abs workout exercises, you’ll also perform exercises that target other specific areas to strengthen your shoulders, arms, and back muscles. When you complete this comprehensive upper-body training, you will be sure to make the "upper cut!"
Core stability is all about maintaining a solid foundation for movement in the extremities. The core consists of much more than the abdominal muscles – the body’s core consists of the many different muscles which stabilize the spine, pelvis, and shoulders and runs the length of the torso. The core is what helps our bodies shift weight, control our movements, and move in any direction.
Abdominal Bracing Abs Workout – Women’s Abs Exercise for Core Training
An abs exercise known as abdominal bracing is a main technique of this women’s abs exercise used for core strengthening. Abdominal bracing refers to the contraction of the abdominal muscles. When this abs workout (abs bracing) is done correctly, it is executed with an attempt to pull your navel back in toward your spine. You should be able to breathe evenly when doing this abs exercise, so don’t hold your breath!
